We use punches and kicks to burn fat and get lean!
HIT FIT is a non contact, pad work based class for anyone 16 years + males and females of all fitness are welcome.
Monday evenings 6.15pm at EP Gym unit 6 &7 Riverside Business Park, Tramway Road, Banbury OX17 5TU
